REGISTRATION

 

Question: I did not receive a registration packet for 2008 in the mail.

Answer: Complete instructions and the 2008 downloadable version of the registration form can be found under the registration section of our website.

 

 Question: How do I know that my registration application has been received?

 Answer: Your name will appear on the list of 2008 registered officials list.  The list can be found

 under the registration section of our website, towards the bottom of the page.

 

Question: I sent in my registration, how long will it take before my name appears on the list of registered officials? 

Answer: It can take up 3 weeks from when the registration office receives your form in the mail.

 

Question: My name appears on the current list of registered officials, how long will it take to receive my ID card and badge?

Answer: USSF in Chicago mails out the badges and ID cards.  Please allow 3 months from when your name appears on the 2008 list of registered officials for your packet to be mailed to you.

 

Question: I received my ID card but no badge

Answer: Please contact USSF at 800.759.9636 and ask for the registration department.

 

Question: I lost my badge and/or ID card, how do I get a replacement?

Answer: You may purchase up to 2 new badges.  Please call USSF at 800.759-9636 and ask for the registration department.
