ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES:
REFEREES
Those requesting assessments. Obtain a qualifying game from an assignor. Contact us as soon as you have the game. Do not wait until the next day. Level 8 to 7 assessments, contact local assessor assignor. If none is available, contact Lee Popejoy. All state level assessments, contact Lee Popejoy popejoy@cox.net (858.748.6520).
1. Name 2. Date, time and location of game to be assessed (if appropriate, include field #) 3. Address of field (At least, the city). 6. Purpose of assessment (Maintenance OR upgrade from “#” to “#”). 5. Telephone number for assessor (generally your cell phone; can also give home phone.) 6. Email address Email the information to the assessor assigner and a “received” will be returned. As soon as an assessor is assigned a confirming email will then be sent to you. You can send a follow up email or phone call at any time to find out the status.
After your assessment, a written feedback should be mailed to you within a week. If you do not receive it, contact your assessor. If it is not received within a reasonable time, contact Lee Popejoy popejoy@cox.net (858.748.6520) .
ASSESSORS
1. Complete your assessment and email it to Lee Popejoy. Use the following format for your file name. LAST name of person assessed; (space); PURPOSE of assessment: (space) LAST name of assessor; (space); DATE of assessment (1-27-07). (No signature is necessary on the assessment form.): EXAMPLES:
Johnson 5M Wolmerath 1-20-07 (Note M = Maintenance) Gonzales 7to6 Mazenauer 2-12-07 (Note 7to6 = Upgrade 7 to 6) Salazar 6to5 Bennyworth 5-12-07 Bakerman 8to7 Rehm 4-13-07
2. Complete your feedback and send a copy to the referee (a signature is necessary). Also email it to Lee Popejoy. No signature is needed on Lee’s copy. Use the following format for your file name. LAST name of person assessed; (space); PURPOSE of assessment: (space); fb (for feedback); [If for AR for upgrade, put in a space and AR followed by another space.] LAST name of assessor; (space); DATE of assessment (1-27-07). EXAMPLES:
